This image shows the different materials that are used for different sections in the wall. Light gauge steel is used for the majority but timber is used for the sections that will need extra strength to support hanging objects as screws and fixings can grip more in timber then in the small area of light gauge steel.
This is an image of one of the smoke exhaust fans that is installed with the fire system to assist the removal of smoke from the atrium of the building and also to remove excess heat when there is a fire and there another two fans that work in the cooling system of the building to help remove heat in summer.
In this image you can clearly see that there is an area that is not finished with the rest of the floor as stairs are going to be installed in this location but to assist the finishing of the roofing on this floor
This image shows the different layers of materials of the wall on the top floor of building. There is an outer brick veneer, followed by a layer of insulation, followed by another layer of insulation, and then internal plasterboard, and all of this is constructed on a light steel framework.
In this image the central column has three separate brackets welded onto in, two that are shear connections
